Clarence Gingras

Born into a family of musicians, Clarence has been immersed in the world of music since a young age. She started playing the piano at the age of 5 and sang for fun throughout her childhood. At the age of 12, she added strings to her art by accompanying herself on the guitar.

In 2013, she began her popular singing technique at Lionel-Groulx College, where she will deepen her vocal technique and her musical knowledge for 3 years. She also rediscovered her passion for the piano, whether it be to accompany herself when she sings or to play instrumental pieces.

Her passion for teaching began in her second year at Collège Lionel-Groulx when she started tutoring in music theory and solfege. Since 2015, she has been teaching piano and voice to students of all ages. She adapts to each student to help them reach their goals, regardless of their musical background.

Clarence loves pop, folk and country music. You will most often find her playing in these styles and accompanying herself on guitar or piano. She also writes songs for her musical project Lune, among others.
